The schools library has tens of thousands of books on thousands of shelves. The restricted section is at the back roped off from the rest of the books. You need a teacher's permission to get in there.
A cozy lounge with a large stone fireplace, only the Prefects of Hogwarts are given access. The lounge hosts monthly meetings for the Prefects.
